This story will touch your soul; it’s full of Intrigue, suspense and romance.
The movie started with suspense. Theresa, nurse comes out of her office and blaming her fiancé for coming into her life. She tries to fight him and disappears into thin air, putting Ernest in suspense without him knowing what was happening. After their years of love, they decided to knot the ties and carried out a genotype test. The result came out negative as both are AS. He looks for her every where and they finally meet and begin to confess their undying love. On getting home, his father advices to the total submission to the will of God meaning that they are not supposed to get married. He encourages him telling him that GOD will bring a better wife. It doesn’t help as he is so determined to marry Theresa at all cost and nothing is going to stop him not even the test result.

Doris’s Aunty, Augusta, also encourages her not to get married to Ernest in order not to endanger the lives of their children. She continues to express pains of losing him. Just to get happy, she goes clubbing, meets this guy who takes her home and steals from her. They couldn’t concentrate on their jobs. Ernest gets drunk because he couldn’t stand the pain of loosing the one he had always loved all his life. He puts the blame on God. They finally decide to part, Ernest meets a new girl Rosie ( Juliet Ibrahim) begins a new relationship with her but still keeps in touch with Theresa and vice versa. He couldn’t hold it any more, visits Theresa with emotions bursting in the air.

Justus proposes marriage but she still cheats on him. Both Theresa and Ernest agree to dump their so called-lovers as they cannot do without each other but their partners are crazily in love with them. Justus out of anger, gets in touch with Ernest girlfriend and they both plan to tear them apart..

THEME: sacrifice for love, love conquers all things.

SETTING: contemporary setting based in Nigeria

LANGUAGE: English

SOUND TRACK: good one but not good enough to bring out the romance in the movie. it was so ordinary. He could have paid a good writer to write a better one

TITLE SEQUENCE: names displayed were written on a black background, later grasses, and then a tree taken from a long shot with a young man reading a book. The title sequence is part of the movie because he was waiting to pick up his fiancée not knowing what awaits him.

CINEMATOGRAPHY: the most dominant shot was the close up which brought out the emotion and pains in the eyes of the characters. They were lots of crying in the movie,

CAMERA MOVEMENT: right and left panning and also tilting were visible.

CAMERA SPEED: medium camera speed was maintained. Slow motion was used when Rosie attacked Theresa. Slow motion, emphasizes an action

SHOTS: The movie is a mixture of different shots and angles. However the medium shot was more dominant. Preference was made for focus on a main object. There were series of long shots and about one or two extreme long shots. Close up shot was mainly used to show emotion on the face of the actress Theresa. She did a lot of crying in the movie.

COSTUME: CHIMELA NWAGBOSO should be applauded, he kept the costume very simple and nice, but there were some parts were she over exposed her body.

MAKEUP: make up artist Godwin Kingsley did not apply too much. He kept it straight and natural

ANGLE: high angle was used at the end of part one when Ernest and Doris decided to part making it look like we were watching it from above

REFLECTION: movie was good in general. But I wonder why two grown up people would not know their genotype until the time of marriage.
