THE REVIEW (Plot Summary)
In the first scene, Nse ( omoni oboli ) was in the embassy trying to get on a flight. Then, she received a call from her mother and from the conversation,w e learnt that she wanted to go on a one month break because she was facing marital challenges. While she was there, Liz (Nse Ikpe Etim) who overheard what she was saying engaged her in a discussion and they both shared their stories.
Liz and Terso (Ramsey Noah) were married but were not really having a good time because Terso had a domineering attitude and was always busy because of the nature of his job (businessman) thus, having little or no time for his wife. On the other hand, Liz wanted Terso to show her affection and love and also create time for her. This was not to be as Terso was always occupied with work and this led to them having constant arguments. Later on, Robert (Majid Michel), Terso’s younger brother (a photographer who deals with models)came to Nigeria to look for a job and was living with Terso. Initially, Liz and bobby (Robert) were not getting along until Liz helped him win a contract worth 100 million naira by modeling for him. Bobby ran home to break the goodnews to Liz. After telling her, he kissed her and this marked the beginning of their secret relationship. Liz fell in love with Bobby because he was showing her the love and affection her husband was not showing her. One morning, Bobby’s girl friend Chidinma (Rukky Sanda) barged into Bobby’s room and caught the both of them cuddling and she threatened to tell Terso. As time went on, Liz asked for a divorce. Not long after Terso discovered that she was cheating on him with his brother. The anger in him when he discovered made him send both Liz and Bobby out of the house.
Then, the other story was about Nse (Omoni Oboli) and Kelechi (Bob leoner). Nse and kelechi are newly married. They both had their honeymoon in Venice but the husband, Kelechi only stayed in Venice for four days because of his job (photographer). While the couple were in two different countries, Kelechi took advantage of the situation and started flirting with a lady called Boma (mercy Johnson). This continued until Nse came back to Nigeria. Kelechi stopped all forms of communication with Boma because of Nse’s arrival and the two were living happily until Nse and Boma met in a salon and Nse employed the services of Boma who was an interior decorator to re-decorate the house. Nse who didn’t know they both had met before brought Boma to be living with them pending the time she will finish re-decorating the house. Boma took advantage of the situation and she started seducing Kelechi. One afternoon, Nse went out but unfortunately, she forgot some documents at home so she went back to get them. On getting home, she found Boma and her husband in a compromising position Boma then revealed to her all that had happened between her and Kelechi. After this ugly revelation, Nse divorced Kelechi.

ReplyDeletethe movie adresses a serious issue of infidelity in marriages,an brings to light issues on the stress of marriages and the impact of work(emoployment) on spounses.it also explains a series of events which lead to the discovery of infidelity.
